Can current paying subscribers switch to the All Access plan? How?

Absolutely! You can switch plans by clicking the "Subscribe" button on the All Access plan on your Subscription page.

When you subscribe to the All Access plan, if you're already subscribed to another plan your subscription plan will switch from your old plan to the new All Access plan. During that switch you'll receive a prorated refund based on the amount of time you have left in your current billing term and based on your previous plan's price.

See the Switching Plans help page for more info on switching plans.

I'm only part way through my billing term. What will happen when I switch plans?

You'll receive prorated credit when you switch plans. So if you're 6 months into the Lite Annual plan (paying $50/year) and you switched to All Access plan (at $200/year) you'll get a $25 credit added to your subscription, meaning your first invoice for the All Access plan will be $175 instead of $200. Your next billing date will remain unchanged.

How is the All Access plan different?

The All Access plan includes the ability to access all exercises in the exercise vault, in every skill level. Right now that means you'll get access to over 170 exercises, and I add new ones all the time. Instead of getting exercise credits or automatic exercise assignments, you'll have access to all the exercises immediately (with the "See what's coming up" link).

Is there still a weekly routine with the All Access plan?

There is! Every Monday at 7am US Pacific Time, you'll receive an email recommending your next exercise. You can click a link to read the problem statement and work on the exercise. If you don't like the exercise, you can skip it and solve a different one instead.

Can I get a new exercise problem statement emailed to me every week?

Not right now. At the moment the regularly scheduled Monday emails on the All Access plan are recommendation emails. They'll say "we recommend this exercise next" and then you can click to see the problem statement for that exercise and start to solve it.

Keep in mind that you can still keep a weekly routine with the all access plan (thanks to the weekly recommendation emails). The email format is just a bit different in that the problem statement isn't in the email body.

We know some users really like this auto-emailing problem statement feature, so we're considering adding such a feature to the All Access plan. If you'd like to see the All Access plan include an auto-emailed Monday problem statement, please email us and say so.

Can I have a solutions email automatically emailed to me every week?

Not right now. Only a couple users have requested such a feature so far and our team doesn't yet understand the primary user motivations behind this question. If this question is important to you and you'd like to help us out by explaining what it is you like about the solution email, please email us. Trey would love to chat with you about this.

What about my exercise credits?

The All Access plan doesn't use exercise credits (since you'll simply have access to everything as long as you're subscribed).

If you received exercise credits from pausing, Flexible Mode, or a redemption code,  you can cash in your exercise credits for a one-time discount on the All Access plan. You'll get $4 of promotional credit per exercise credit.
