You'll receive your next exercise recommendation on Monday at 7am US Pacific Time.

Can I receive recommendations on a different day of the week or at a different time?

Nope. Monday/Wednesday at 7am US Pacific Time is hard-coded in my system currently. However you can select a new exercise from the exercise vault at any time.

Can I receive more than one exercise per week?

Yes! If you're on the All Access plan, you can select a new exercise at any time.

I'm considering adding such a feature though and I'd love to hear from you if you're interested in it.

Can I receive exercises less often (once per month maybe)?

Yes! You can switch to the Lite plan to receive one exercise credit each month.
